Definitely an interesting place. The food is good and unique. It's a cool, hip, trendy type place. Worth visiting once for sure, but I wouldn't eat here more than maybe once a year. Why? Well, to be honest; there are just too many places in Vegas that have better food for the money. Carson Kitchen isn't extremely expensive, but the portions are small and if you want to try various things (you should), it adds up. We probably could have eaten at a pretty nice steakhouse for the price we paid. Service was good. We were on the roof which was cool cuz the weather was awesome, but I don't know how that will be in the summer.
Bottom line: Neat place with good food, but you could get a better "traditional" meal for the price.
