  • I've been going to this location since I was a kid, and loved it. Now, I don't want to go here anymore. I'll give you a run down of my most recent experiences. There was a game I was looking for, Payday 2 if I must be specific. I called every electronics location in Las Vegas in hopes to get my copy but nobody had one (there were shipment issues with the company so this was reasonable). When I called this Gamestop location on the third day of calling, they told me they did not have a copy. Fed up, I went in to buy a different game, a teenager was In there to buy the game and he had bought the last copy right in front of me in line. The second event had occurred during the midnight release of Grand Theft Auto V, I stood in line for approximately 2 hours before finally reaching inside where I would get my receipt. They told me I needed an ID to receive my receipt, I was reasonably upset but it was my fault so I didn't take it out on them, I asked the man if I could wait to the side while my mother came to give me a hand, he told me I couldn't and sent me back in line. I had to get back in line for another 1 hour wait, once again reaching inside, I found a group of people waiting for someone with an adult to come with an ID. I was lied to, I proceeded to confront the man at the register whereupon he shrugged his shoulders to me. This has to be one of the most unorganized Gamestop I've been to.
