  • Beware, they suckered me in for a monthly fast pass with a "special" rate. Turns out the special rate is just for the first month. It would have been helpful to know that up front as I'd never pay $25 a month. When I brought this to the manager's attention he told me he'd cancel my memberships (I bought 2 passes). A few days ago they charged my card again. He never cancelled the memberships. When I called the main office to get it resolved they were extremely unhelpful and wanted to prorate my refund. It's too bad because I would have still used their service, but definitely won't in the future. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
