| - So I recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan and this was my go to place for my morning coffee fix. Unfortunately I had wished that it was a different barista here, and if I wasn't so lazy since I was on vacation, I would have found another Starbucks.
The lines here are astronomical. Prices are so incredibly expensive, although yes, it is in Vegas.I was really annoyed at the fact that they wont reload Starbucks cards there or will honor a reward there. I spent $30 there that could have gone to me receiving stars, because I wasn't able to reload my card from the app at that time for some reason. If the will allow you to use your gold card to purchase items, they should allow you to reload and use rewards. It's ridiculous.
I had ordered my iced coffees and cold brews without sweetener, twice they had added it to my drink and I didn't know it until I got back to my room. They don't have what most Starbucks have, they only have plain bagels, and they don't seem to warm their breakfast sandwiches (the inside on two occasions was cold). I do think that they are friendly here, and for the amount of people that come thorough here and how busy they are, they have good attitudes. One woman was more than happy to accommodate me and made sure my food order was packed while I was at the bar getting my iced coffee to my liking. They make weak drinks here, my iced coffee has never tasted more watered down before in my life.
