  • I am very happy with The Roof Doctor. A few weeks ago, I noticed that my solar hot water heater pipes that were on my roof was leaking. This leak was quite bad as it damaged the ceiling below. The solar company could not fix the unit so I had them remove it. Unfortunately, they advised that they cannot fix the damaged roof. I looked around and contacted one a roofing company. They came out, gave me an estimate and never returned my calls/emails again. I had then set out to find another roofing repair company. Fortunately, one day I was in a shopping mall and noticed a Roof Doctor truck parked next to me. That evening I went on the web site and filled out a contact form. The next day, I received a call from someone who informed me that Rick will come out and give me an estimate. Later that day or the next morning, Rick called me directly to get more information on my situation. I advised that most likely I will need to put in an insurance claim due to the extent of my damage. Rick informed me that he will go out, assess the job, provide an estimate, and also work closely with my insurance company. Rick kept his word and responded to my texts, calls, and emails quickly. He spoke with me more this past week than I spoke with my mother in the past month! He told me that if the weather looks bad, he will go out and put a temporary patch on the roof because he was booked for about a week out. Because of a busy work schedule, I never met Rick face to face. Everything was done through phone, text, and email. His price was cheaper than the original company that came out by over $400! Also, my insurance company approved my claim as well about 1 hour after Rick personally spoke with my adjuster. I cannot thank. you enough for helping me out in this situation.
