  • So after a whole bunch of savory stops on the Pittsburgh Strip Area foodie tour, we finally finished off with the sweet stuff and this store was nos 1 of 3 that we visited. This cafe has a lovely vibe - lots of people sitting out on the front porch and incredibly sweet and friendly staff. As part of the tour we could try any of the available Mele pastries and I decided to go with almond as that was apparently the most popular choice. Unfortunately, I didn't like the taste - found it to be a bit bitter and wish had taken one of the fruit options instead! Ah well - c'est la vie! I hope to come back here again and make a better choice next time! Yelp Review 66/ 2017
