We were surprised to come across this new ice cream shop inside the mall, which was located just outside the food court.
My husband ordered the butter brickle and we found it to be creamy in texture and were impressed with the wide variety of flavors.
One of the best parts about this style of ice cream was the way it was served. I tried to take a short video of how they make the ice cream ribbons because it was little me nothing I'd ever seen before.
Similar to making pancakes, they take a cup of liquid and pour it on a flat surface. But that's where the similarities end because the surface it's poured onto is actually frozen and freezes the liquid. That liquid is then flattened and then a metal spatula scrapes up the frozen liquid into ribbons of iced cream. It's really cool to watch! Fun place to get ice cream, neat experience and it tastes great! I recommend it.
There don't appear to be size options, but if you go w/ a friend maybe they'll swap one of their rolls for one of yours!
