  • I know individual experiences with cabs differ. I have only used Yellow Cab in Phoenix once. Yesterday morning my wife was driving me to the airport when the water pump gave out on I-10 in rush hour traffic. We got off the highway and made it to the truck stop off 67th ave. they were able to do the repairs but no way in time for me to make my flight. I called Yellow Cab and explained my situation, and told him I needed an honest, realistic time of arrival. He put me on hold for a few minutes then said a cab could get to me in 15 minutes, coming from 9 miles away. The cab arrived right on time. Clean car, courteous and safe driver, got me to Sky Harbor with time to spare. So yes, I would use Yellow Cab again and I recommend them based on that experience.
