  • Initially I had a pretty negative experience here, but the business owner Howard reached out to me and offered a full refund as well as being very polite and insistent on listening to my side of the story. I must say I'm very impressed by this gesture as its not often a business owner takes the extra steps to make customers feel better about their experience like he did. I was ready to write this place off, but after a pleasant conversation with Howard and a full refund, I feel much better about returning because I know this is a company where my voice will be heard. Thanks again Howard, really made my day with that call!
