  • Absolute worst service over phone. Called once, Guy said " hello", I said "Hello" back. He immediately hung up. Called back, he just said hello again, same voice, acted put out talking to me, barely answered my questions and then hung up. Trying another store instead. Why does Verizon allow people to stay employed like this. Plenty of nice people want jobs.
