  • I've been looking for a decent nail salon since moving to the west valley 2 years ago. Today I had a pedicure by Serena at Cosmo Nails. What a treat! She took her time (a full hour) with me, did not try to up-sell when I said I just wanted a basic pedicure, and was very friendly and welcoming. She listened to some concerns I had with my nails and acted accordingly. She really went above and beyond compared to ANY OTHER pedicure I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer for sure and, in fact, made my next two appointments before I left the salon so I would be sure to have her again. All the techs working today seemed like they were having a good time doing their job, interacting with their customers, laughing, etc. Give them a try.
