After I got to the front of the service line (e.g. there were no cars ahead of me at the service queue and I had pulled forward to the desk), I waited about 30 minutes for a service advisor.
After being there about 10 minutes, an employee stopped by and said that someone would be with me 'in a minute.'
After five minutes, I called from my car and asked to speak to the GM. Instead of taking my info, I was told he was not available and that I should try calling again if I wanted to speak with him. Apparently, we're not worth their time to take our call-back information.
After having waited 23 minutes, I called and asked to speak with the service manager. I got his VM and left a message with my call-back number. I never received a response.
After waiting a total of about 30 minutes as the only customer in my queue, someone finally stopped by to do my intake.
Since I was ignored for 30 minutes, I also missed the last shuttle for the day so I took an Uber home along with my two toddlers and bags of groceries. (Try keeping two, five-year-olds contented while waiting 30-minutes for the next available service rep!)
