I have never had a negative experience at TN until today. I had an exchange and Steve was who helped me out, Im someone who asks many questions about a product before I take It to make sure it's right for me, I barely asked any questions but everytime I asked something Steve seemed bothered that I even asked questions, super short one word answers, he doesn't seem as knowledgeable as all other team members, it's like he was even bothered to be at work but that's not my fault the he looked miserable. Not friendly at alllllllllll and he wasn't enthusiastic like all the others. I haven't spent hundreds of dollars at TN and today's service just sucked
