  • They were fast but not really friendly. The person I dealt with at the counter did not seem super smart. She made a mistake on the paperwork for the guy ahead of me and he had to drive all the way back to a dealership just to be told to go back and have her do it right. Also for some strange reason I wasn't able to use my existing plate which means I have to switch my parking pass and everything else! There is also an extra charge if you want to pay by credit card.
