  • I want to love this place but I can't. The customer service was horrible, to say the least. It was not warm and inviting at all. The kid working seemed irritated we were there! Not exactly hospitable. No greeting. No smile. Offered NO samples, even when asked! Just described the flavor. Ummm... ok? If they don't offer samples, that's fine, but I'm disappointed since everyone else who posted seemed to be offered them. Maybe it's a new policy? Ice cream was fine. Nothing to write home about. Had I had a chance to sample, maybe I would've had a better opinion! Finally I bought a $10 Groupon. Finally got around to using it and was told it was already used. Ummmm.... no. It wasn't. It was showing in my UNUSED groupons. The issue? To redeem it you have to press "ok". The employee didn't know that and instead offered me 15% off... Fortunately I was able to figure out how Groupon works so I could actually use mine. Otherwise I would've been out the money spent! There was nothing redeeming about this experience to have me come back and I won't be recommending it to anyone else. Disappointed.
