  • Wickedly good Asian market. Come here for all things Asian. The meat and seafood sections are excellent. There are options for live clams, lobster, tilapia, and catfish. You don't find many opportunities to get live seafood in the valley. There are a variety of "fresh frozen" whole fish at well. As other reviewers have noted, there's no need to pull a number when the seafood counter isn't busy. If you do, tickets are by the live fish tanks. Produce section is well rounded. I noticed a nice selection of Chinese eggplants and bitter melons which I don't see in mainstream grocery stores. Snack aisle is chock full of speciality items. Many are covered in hànzì with anime characters. Perfect! Customer service was OK overall. Seafood crew was friendly, but they weren't busy. Check stand cashiers were curt. They seemed most interested in getting me out as quickly as possible. Would rate five stars if check out staff were more friendly.
