  • One day my PC would not start up, and from everything I'd researched online (I'm fairly adept in troubleshooting via Google) I thought it was a goner. I'd seen Santos' rave reviews and decided to stop in, though I'd already depressingly resolved to start shopping for a new PC. Santos was totally transparent every step of the way, saying he would try everything he could to help me recover my data. He even went to far as to call me before he would perform any procedure that could potentially wipe my computer so that I fully understood the risks. To my delight, Santos was not only able to recover my data, but even reinstalled software I had lost. In fact, they were updated versions and he even installed additional software he thought might be useful! Though he only asked for his already very reasonable base fee and nothing more for saving me all that trouble, I felt compelled to give more. Hopefully I never have another computer issue again, but if I do, I know exactly who to come to!
