  • I've been a loyal customer of PNC for the past 7 years and I've recommended a lot of my family and friends to them in the past. Regretfully, this will be my last visit. Ever since Cheeva and her partner moved to Texas, this place has gone DOWNHILL! Staff have no basic customer service skills what so ever. Sometimes you walk in and no one raises their head to see if they can assist you. I came in today at 10:30am and they told me I could do a pedicure but I'd have to come back three hours later to do a manicure. Although the salon was not busy at all, they seem to be understaffed now. The lady who did my manicure was obviously new. She couldn't even finish my pedicure because she needed help so one of the older girl's had to come do my second and third coats. On top of that, the lady initially doing my pedi cut me and made me bleed. She tried to cover it up with the towel but I could feel the burn and obviously see the blood. There were no apologies of any kind either. The pedicure didn't turn out nice either -- probably due to the fact that the first coat was applied on clumpy. In fact, as I stare at it now, it looks disgusting! I can also see the clear top coat on the outside of my toe nails. I think my 3 year old nephew could've done a better job at this point for goodness sake! I had my sunglasses on inside and didn't notice the clumpiness until I had already left the salon. If I wasn't in a rush, I would've went back and demanded a refund I had to reschedule a prior commitment I had made because I honestly couldn't go out in public with this hideous pedi. I went to another salon nearby that did a way better job! I'm legitimately upset that my favourite eyebrow lady has moved to another country but I guess all good things must come to an end. Now the hunt is on to find a new eyebrow lady that can do a proper mani/pedi, and that's close to my place. Anyways, attached I have pictures of my "freshly done" pedi from PNC.
