  • We came here to get my husbands ears cleaned. He had talked to her the day before or a few days earlier and made the appointment. We showed up exactly on time 10:15am in the morning... when we got there we came upon the receptionist who was playing on her phone the whole entire time we were talking to her (rude and unprofessional if you ask me) we waited in the waiting room for about 30/40 minutes, until the lady finally came out from her previous appointment. We came in talked a little about his ears and signed a few papers. She than proceeded to look into his ears to look at how much wax was in there. After that she stated that the wax was on his eardrums and that she couldn't remove it because ultimately she could rupture his eardrum and it would be a liability. but mind you we had just signed a waver??? Plus our whole appointment seemed rushed and it felt like she didn't want to do the procedure as she was saying she was behind in her duties that morning ! Very disappointed. And a huge waste of time. She was nice and polite but very unprofessional. Talking too much about her personal life and not enough about my husbands ears! We will not be returning. Not to mention getting on the phone with her was a nightmare, what's the point of having a receptionist.
