  • My first experience at ProSource Vapes was wonderful. Though there were quite a few other customers in the store, the gentleman at the bar who assisted me was friendly, knowledgeable, gave me his full attention, and answered any questions I had. He also made suggestions for the flavors I was looking for that were based on customer feedback, not just his personal taste. He was courteous and made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed. I was completely satisfied. THEN CAME VISIT NUMBER TWO. There were only two other customers in the store (none at the bar), and four young men (presumably employees) were standing behind the bar chatting. I walked up to the bar and waited without acknowledgement until the gentleman (the man that had been so helpful during my first visit) behind the counter, who was helping another customer, asked me if I needed help. One of the young men came over to assist. I asked about some new flavors I wanted to try, and he told me they weren't any good; that he didn't like them. So, I picked a flavor off the menu board and he began haphazardly mixing and shaking. I had seen the other gentleman on my previous visit put the bottle in a water solution (presumably to fuse the oils?), but this young man skipped that step. He handed me the blank bottle and went back to chatting with the others. I had to get his attention again to ask for a label on the bottle so I would know what it was, and another worker slapped a label on it then also went back to chatting. I once again had to get the attention of one of them because I wanted another bottle of a different flavor. Acting inconvenienced, he came back to take my order. He then commented that the flavor I was asking for was "For old people." Then openly, RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, started complaining about how much he hates new customers that don't know what they're doing and don't know what they want. The second concoction he made looked too dark. He elbowed the worker next to him and asked "Isn't it supposed to be peach colored?" "It's fine" he responded, and went right back talking with the others. Once again, no water solution soak, and no label on the bottle. So, I had to interrupt their conversation for a fourth time to ask for a label. Upon checkout, I asked another worker if they carried replacement seals for the mouth piece of the pen I had (which I purchased there), and was told, "No, I don't even know where those come from." When I got home, I decided to try my "Old people" flavor out first and it was HORRIBLE. I had paid over $30 for a bottle of juice that was OK at best, a bottle of what tasted like rancid almond extract, AND been treated like an inconvenience. This place started out strong, but if this is how their customer service is going to be, it's going to go downhill FAST.
