  • Ate at Bjs for the first time last week, overall good experience but the hostess Mulan was so disrespectful and I truly do not understand how she has a costumer service job with the way she rolls her eyes. I watched her backtalk her other hostess who was being so kind and then she treated us very poorly when we asked if our name was next. When I asked her name she gave it to us with a lot of attitude. Bjs would be better without her
