This company is THE WORST. Waited a good portion of my morning for the service guy to show up. When he arrived at my door, he rang my doorbell 3 times sequentially, causing my dog to flip out. When I opened the door he immediately informed me that "he doesn't do dogs" (the dog had stopped barking at this point). I had the dog go lay on her bed, and he still REFUSED to come inside. I said then what do we do now, reschedule? He didn't answer me, just turned and walked away without saying a word. That indicated to me that clearly this guy is more LAZY than he is afraid of dogs. Why would Culligan hire sometimes do service calls that is afraid of dogs? Furthermore, when we made this appointment and appointments in the past, no one asked if we had a dog, which you would think would be important since their service guy is so "terrified" of them. Still waiting for a manger to call me back. Poor customer service, can't wait to switch to another service.
