  • I contacted Carpets of Arizona as one of many companies obtaining quotes from for re-carpeting 1 bedroom. Michael came out the day after Christmas with samples of exactly what I wanted to see. He measured and quoted right there, and left me to make my decision. I did not feel hounded or pressured at all, unlike a few box stores I visited. The only missing star from a 5-star review was there was a bit of an installer issue, which was due to one of them being sick. I had to call to find out where my installer was. Had they called me when they first found out that the new install team would be late, it would be 5-stars. When the team arrived, they had my old, nasty, gross carpet and pad out quickly and removed my old baseboards for me. The Operations Manager came by as they were finishing up to give me my warranty and see if I had any questions. He was apologetic for the earlier installer mix-up. The team was done by 4pm and had my furniture back in. The carpet is so soft and wonderful. I'm so glad I chose Carpets of Arizona. Great quality and price. If I had more rooms that needed new flooring, I'd definitely use them again.
