  • My favorite taco joint in Charlotte. Great beer, great atmosphere, and amazing food. I have not had anything from Cabo that has not been spectacular. I have had all of the tacos, and every single one is amazing. My personal favorite is the carne asada. So yummy. The jalepeno mash potatoes are amazing as well. Not to mention the corn salsa may be the best salsa I have ever had. You are most likely going to wait for a table here, but that should be a given with it's popularity. Patience is a virtue and with Cabo, it pays off big time.
