I thought I had left a 4 star review already therefore this should be an updated review.
As a father of a recent ASU West Campus graduate, Comfort Suites Peoria has been our home away from home for the past two years while visiting our daughter, site-seeing, visiting family in Prescott and Tucson all while taking in numerous Spring Training games throughout the area. The level of service from the front desk, maintenance and housekeeping has been stellar until our last stay during the week of May 7, 2018 - May 11, 2018.
Upon our arrival the pullout bed had dried vomit on the mattress and the A/C unit was not working. The front desk gave us some cleaner and rags for the mattress and an oscillating fan to help circulate air around the room. My family and I were forced to patiently wait two days for another
room because they, as every other hotel were sold out because of graduation and a Pop Icon concert was in town.
As a facilities maintenance manager I understand things happen but I cannot overlook when items come up missing from our room. This hotel has literally gone downhill overnight.
