Listen, I like this store... at least I did. They typically have a great collection of clothes and it's a very well curated in terms of quality product.
It's very expensive here... Expensive is fine when you have quality products and *IF* you back it up with great customer service. Unfortunately, they fall apart here.
My recent experience has me vowing never to return: my oldest son has a broken leg - getting upstairs to the men's selection is very difficult for him. We went in last week and spent nearly $700 on 5 items... one of which did not fit him properly - so I went in to exchange the item for another item (was actually going to spend another $40 more for the other item)... the sales clerk suggested that the returned item was worn (aside from trying it on, it was not worn longer than 20 seconds) and pointed out a mark on the shorts. I explained to him that the clothes were never worn. He basically called me a liar and refused to exchange or refund my money.
I get it, the retail business is difficult... you need to make money where you can... but if you treat regular loyal customers like this, you alienate your support base. I've spent a LOT of money here since they opened and now I won't go back - I'll take my business elsewhere!
