  • Really excellent ramen, somewhere in my top 5 ever. My husband said it was his #1 in Vegas. My miso ramen was on the lighter end (compared to, say, a typical tonkatsu) but really flavorful. The chashu here is too fat-to-meat ratio for my taste but prepared perfectly, it has a good flavor and was not tough or old. Salt level was just right for me. His kuro ramen was also great, not too oily, just right. Could have had just a touch more garlic. We were both a little surprised at the very thin noodles, but are okay with them. I was a bit annoyed that there was nowhere near enough broth for kaedama to be possible. Basically they only sell what I would consider to be a "small" ramen (or maybe right between a small and medium). But I will be back for sure.
