  • I had a severe pigeon issue in my attic over the garage. Some of the area was in extremely tight spots and all of the companies that came out for estimates said there were areas they couldn't get to. Todd and 2 of his employees came out for an estimate. Not only did they'd say that they could and would get to those areas, they came out ready to work, much to my surprise. I was simply expecting an estimate. When I told Todd they were hired they went to the truck and got their supplies and tools. Props to them for that! They weren't the least expensive of the quotes I got, but that was fine with me because they were doing a more complete thorough job! They cleaned almost 100 lbs of poop, and removed 2 live babies, 12 dead carcasses and numerous mummified remains. All in hot and cramped working spaces. Then cleaned and closed off access. By accident one of the employees flipped what they thought was alight switch but turned off the furnace power, which also shut the AC. I didn't realize this until the next morning. They were back out within an hour even though they were all the way across town. Excellent cus
