I don't know how this business has been rated so well as that has not been my experience. I returned to town yesterday to find a malfunctioning wine chiller with a couple of thousand dollars going bad quickly. I made a 911 call to Phoenix Appliance and was assured that a service repair man would call within the hour... didn't happen. I called this morning to find out why the delay. They had not record of my previous call so I gave them the same information and they promised I would be contacted within the hour... Not. I made one last attempt and got the same apologetic person who works at a phone center! You are not dealing with the company. The phone center apparently just texts to unknown service drivers with no accountability. I just placed a call to an authorized subzero repair center who booked any appointment, gave me a job number and service time. If you have an emergency forget this operation and call a business where you can talk to an employee.
