rev:text	So I have been trying to find a place to mat some of my paintings that are older. I called this place and the people rudely picked up the phone and said "hello...Hello!" before I could even begin to tell the lady what I was looking for she told me I was interrupting something that was going on at the shop and she would give me a call back. Um...okay....So I gave her my number thinking there must have been some crisis right at that moment since she lost all traces of customer service...no, I was wrong...She never even called me back to see what I needed! Pretty frustrating and irritating if you ask me....I took my business elsewhere!
