I was looking for an Aveda Salon. At first, I had my hair trimmed only. Then I went in the second time for a cut and highlights.
I called to get pricing ahead of time. But
the actual charges were much higher, $50.00 over the original price. And the haircut was a hair snip. She snipped off a few loose ends and sent me on my way. The highlights were good, but the bill threw me for a whirl.
I called the Manager and they tried to make this pricing issue right, after a few voicemails. They gave me a few dollars off the total.
Idea for a better experience: Create a menu showing exact pricing. The brochure shows the lowest possible price for the highlights. I found out afterwards that each Stylist charges something different. I will not go back because of this. I have never had this happen before at any other Salon.
