  • Absolutely terrible! First, we were rushed into purchasing a couch and Were not told that our purchases did not include the coffee table that was there with it. We came back the next day to pick up our couches and they would not help us with anything. My husband and I had to load a large sectional up by ourselves while the employees stood around and talked to each other not offering at all to help. Then the manager was extremely rude and talked down to me and everyone else. I will never go back and I will make sure I tell all my friends about the poor service we received!
