The restaurant is very small. We are a family of five and had to squeeze into a table that was only made to seat 4. This was to avoid having to wait longer and the hostess was kind enough to ask first if it would be ok (2 adults 3 kids). With that being said, the menu is very straight forward and service is fairly quick which helps minimize the wait time for other parties.
As for the food, I've tried the Tonkotsu and the Miso. Both were flavorful and in my opinion, was served with a good ratio of broth to noodles. The noodles are made fresh of which you have the opportunity to watch as they are being made while you wait to be seated. The meat portion is rather small and have to pay more if you would like to add extra toppings. This will bump up the base price of the ramen another $1.50 to $2.50 for each item you add on.
Overall Ramen KoBo is very good with friendly and fast service. I will definitely return especially now that winter is right around the corner.
