  • A salesperson tried to do a bait and switch on us. He quoted us BOTH rebate and 0 percent financing for 5 or 6 years, and then claims they are the only dealership that gives both. With that in mind, we proceeded to search for our car. , we found 1 we liked, the salesperson told us the price after some research on his computer. We were happy with the offer until he went to verify with his boss. That's when the boss comes over and in a short moment was rather frustrated with us not taking the offer and ripped up the offer in front of us, really professional! After some more haggling, he was thinking we will get all flustered and accept the switch. . Wanted to charge us this and that for the extras that were applied to the car. (400.00 or so for putting in nitrogen gas in the tires- really!!!!!!) We did a phone call the same day and a few more for a few more days, but by then we had lost faith and trust with them. We were even going to look into a new truck after the car sale goes through but that manager who tried to intimidate us really was a jerk. And the salesperson who told us "wrong" should be fired for making such a huge "mistake" in the offer. Terrible sales tactic!!!
