  • Do not come to Spa Centrale Parc. Overpriced and rude. We made an appointment for Thurs 03/22 for 8pm for deep tissue for 30 min, then received an email and call asking us to come earlier at 6:30p or 7p. Originally, we thought we scheduled it for the same day Weds 03/21, so we ended up going to the Spa at 8pm on that Weds (they close at 9pm) just to tell us that the massage therapists are gone and no walk-ins. Then, we told her our appointments were mistakenly booked for thursday and that we saw the email. She told us to book it at 7, which we agreed unwillingly. She told us if we couldnt make it, just to call as soon as possible, which we did the next day around 9am-10am, because it was going to intefere with our plans of exploring the city as tourists. We did not receive a confirmation of the cancellation even after I forwarded the email twice, and then my friend emailed them as well and we got the email in the picture. How rude! She told us to cancel ASAP if we knew we couldnt make it and then we receive this email?
