  • Went here while visiting friends who suggested coming here. We had a party of 5 and arrived on a Saturday around 6pm. There was a wait, but it was not too long, probably 15-20 minutes. We sat outside after a table was ready. I decided to go with the beer sampler special, which is any 6 beers on tap, I think it was around $11. I tried a range of different beers, from an IPA to a brown ale to a saison. I really liked the selection -- it was hard for me to decide because there were so many delicious-sounding beers to choose from! I would order 4/6 of them again, and the other 2 were just not my taste. For dinner, I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with avocado (I forget the name of it). Fries came on the side. The bread and overall taste of the sandwich was good, but unfortunately the pork was dry. My boyfriend had brisket in his sandwich, and he said his meat was also dry. At one point a piece of pork fell out of the sandwich, and I thought I was picking up a fry, but it was actually a long strand of dry meat! The fries were very good though - perfectly crispy. Our service was great...our server checked up on us the perfect amount and was quick bringing everything out. I also really liked the vibe here. There were all kinds of people dining the night we went. Older people, young people with beautiful tattoos, a group of people wearing onesies and halloween costumes, couples, singles, etc. It was a great night for people-watching. The place was pretty packed but I never felt like it was too loud. I would definitely come here again, and either order a different sandwich, or hope the dry meat was a fluke. I loved the vibe and the beer selection. Overall, a great place in Phoenix!
