  • I'll not go back and I am a tea person. The short version is that the two guys behind the counter were making cracks about one of their patrons, told me that if I didn't buy at least $40 worth of a specific tea that it wasn't worth and if I was a tea enthusiast I couldn't just "cheap out", and the sales girl on the floor kept telling me I needed to buy bamboo utensils but couldn't explain why or how to use them. I was so excited when I heard about this place and the whole experience was awful. It's a shame because I'm writing this review and will be buying my tea online instead of going to that store....and I won't be buying from Tevana.
