  • I meant to write this a while ago, but 5 stars in customer service! I had a batch of shirts made for the Ohio University Dance Team's reunion at homecoming in 2012. The shirts were set to be done a day before I flew out. I went to pick them up and they had a HUGE square outline from the heat press which discolored the shirt. I was not happy - they looked pretty amateur - so I decided to ask for a discount at the least. They did me one 12x better - the manager came up and said he could overnight order the exact same shirts (they didn't have them in stock) and could re-do them in the next morning so I could take them on my evening flight. They even offered to ship them out to Ohio if I wasn't able to pick them up. Whole re-do of the order free of charge. 100 stars for your service Brand X. Great product too! The team thought they were the best shirts they had seen in years!
