$294 for two beds and an old sofa! They had one person working the desk and the cafe, while a line of people waited to check out and the phones rang and rang. Our room phone was broken, so I had to call the desk using my personal phone. The bathroom was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The rooms were dimly lit. They were out of laundry bags, and when I asked for an extra roll of toilet paper, I was told only two per room (one roll was down to the last tissue). Most hotels have a small pad of paper and pen, but even that wasn't to be found. Great location and proximity to baseball and football, but otherwise grossly overpriced and frankly, I expected a much nicer facility since it carried the Hyatt name. Hyatt, you should re-think this location and do an overhaul since it's your reputation. It's not what I've grown accustomed to from you. Won't be back.
