This is a surprisingly well equipped gym for being in a very busy area of town.
What's available:
1. reasonably sized pool
2. spinning room
3. group exercise
4. hot yoga
5. normal cardiovascular/weight lifting equipment
I'm sure they have plenty of training option available too. I've seen a TRX training rack if that floats your boat. Finding all these facilities may be a little confusing at first, the club is a little bit of a maze, but the front desk staff is really friendly and helpful. They even helped me open my new lock, releasing it from its plastic prison with ease. Just a little tip though, the change rooms are downstairs (men's first and women's second).
The hot yoga room is a decent size, but I wish there was a little more division between the rest of the gym. There is a good sound barrier though. I've only had Paul for YogaFit, but I'm thoroughly impressed! If all the other instructors are think him, then I'll be sweating a lot more there.
Lucie teaches Step on Thursdays, and she's is so full of energy that you never want to stop moving. I've done a lot of BodyStep at several different clubs, and she's one of my favourites. I think she teaches other classes there too, so watch out for her!
