I recently purchased a complete display model table and chairs set from a clearance sale. I got a great deal and the furniture looked great. While I realized the furniture was 'as-is' (hence the big discount), I didn't notice one of the tiles was missing from the table. I called Customer Service and spoke with Scott. He quickly investigated the model of table I purchased and located spare tiles. Within an hour of my initial call, he had confirmed the tiles were being mailed to me at no charge, which I received 2 days later. All around great service. Highly recommend! Thanks, Scott!
