I stayed here on a recent trip to Vegas with girlfriends - we weren't looking for anything fancy and we chose this hotel because of its mid-strip location and very reasonable prices (~100/night incl. tax over president's day weekend!) Turns out, you get what you pay for. The room itself was pretty dirty, especially the floors and bathroom. The bathroom was also in disrepair (the toilet ran constantly and the drain in the shower didn't work). The biggest annoyance was the elevators, which were incredibly slow and always stuffed. Also, the casino was smokier than most (we didn't spend any time there, but just walking through it to get to our room was gross), and the line for check-in was ridiculous (granted, we arrived about 11 pm on the Friday night of a long weekend). The one redeeming quality is the location (literally across the street from Caesar's, minutes from the Bellagio, etc) and it really is the only budget hotel that's not at one end of the strip or the other. Next time I come back (and I will definitely be back!) I'll splurge for one of the nicer hotels.
