  • Terrible customer service! I went in to try on shoes for a wedding that I'm a bridesmaid in and ask about alterations, and was told by the associate that she wouldn't pull any sizes from the back so I had to make do with what sizes they had in the samples. So I was only able to try on the left shoe, and not even in the style that I wanted. I guess if you aren't going to spend a lot of money in there then they really don't care! I'm going somewhere else to get my shoes and alterations done(I wasn't even given the time of day to ask about that).
