  • Second time we've been here and yet again no communication with the staff..... We stood there for 15 minutes and had 5 different people ask us if we've been helped. They had a birthday party going along the back wall, other tables with patrons, two long tables that were not occupied, and then open spots at the bar. We had our baby in the car seat with us or we would have sat at the sushi bar. 15 minutes & each server that came by told us that we would be seated when the party LEFT. They hadn't even started cake..... It was 8:30 by this point and I'm almost positive they close at 9. So we would have been rushed through our meal, just like they did to us the last time. Again... Two open tables we STILL there. Needless to say, we ended up leaving. Last time we'll ever stop there again. The FIRST time we ate there we were rushed through our meal. Mind you there was 5 of us doing all you can eat & 4 of them were eating and sending drinks to the sushi chefs for the awesome food. You'd think this would end up giving them a kick ass review right? Well, the servers began coming by and taking plates off our table that had sushi on it. Our friend who had a couple pieces left on his plate told the server he wasn't done and she put another plate over it and squished his food. We asked to speak to manager on duty and we were told they didn't have one and that we needed to pay our check and go. I then asked to speak to a manager again and was asked what for. I explained to the other server about how ours was so disrespectful. He came back with a poor excuse of a gift certificate that covered ONE entree..... Gee thanks. Thought we'd give you another chance.... Won't be doing that again Two stars for food
