Stayed here for three nights for a friends function. Nice resort however do not let them talk you into staying on the "resort side" of the hotel. You are against the pool and have to deal with the late night drunks that congregate around the pool and hot tub. Security is non-existent. I eventually had to change rooms.
Breakfest is typical Marriott buffet or off the menu. Food service around pool could offer better options. Good fitness center. The pools itself are big and it has a waterslide. There is nothing around the resort though. If you need to get to the grocery store or drug store you have to go out about 15 minutes and the neighborhoods are "questionable". I kinda felt like I was stuck there.
Close to the airport and rental car return center. Overall I would say fair. I'm sure better places to stay in the area as large as Phoenix.
