  • Tiffany made the process of selling and purchasing a pleasure.  When selling, she provided advice on what I could do to make the home more appealing, helped me find excellent people to do the work for a great price and expertly handled the price negotiations.  When it was time to buy she really helped educate me on the market and show me things to look for when searching for a home.  I have no idea how many homes she showed me but it was a large number over several months.  She was always up beat and never made me feel like this was a burden in any way. During the price negotiations, she was very informative and gave gentle suggestions without ever making me feel like I wasn't in the driver seat.  Needless to say, I am very happy to give Tiffany the strongest recommendation possible.
