  • Sad to say I had the wool pulled over my eyes by these guys. They misrepresented everything about the job, from how long it would take, to the quality of the water filtration system installed. Be sure to ask them for an itemized list of products they will be installing, how long it will take and the hourly rate you will be charged. Take note of arrival and departure time. They wanted me to pay for 7 1/2 hours of work, when they were only here 5 hours. The quality of the work was great, but the price we paid, did not match what we got. I was told the cost was justified due to a huge laundry list of things that had nothing to do with my job. I was surprised they didn't include the cost of dry cleaning their work uniforms. Rip off artists, probably why you haven't heard their company name before.
