  • I have used BBaca Engineering to inspect the past 3 homes I've purchased. Most recently on 8-12-15. They are always very pleasant to deal with. When the inspector was finished, he walked my realtor and I thru the property and he physically pointed out areas of concern. Buying a home can be a stressful event and there's a lot of things to remember and write down. I'm so grateful that I received a full 60 page report complete with photos of the areas of concern. Furthermore, they even set up an appointment with a termite inspection so that was one less thing I had to remember to do. I would (and do) highly recommend using this home inspector!
