  • Bill Stewart was wonderful, and prices are very reasonable. I called him mid day because I was worried we might have a bed bug problem (we had seen a live one in the room. First, he spent about 20minutes talking to me and explaining allot, had me text a picture of the bug, which he immediately identified as a female. He arranged to get out to my house later that same day, thoroughly inspected all beds and rooms in the house & pushed up mattress and box springs, laid down underneath headboard with flashlight. Told me no signs of infestation. I appreciate the honesty. He did not even charge for the over the phone time he spent consulting with me that day, and when my roommate called him the next day with further questions. I will certainly call him in the future for ANY bug problem. He is professional, knowledgeable and gets right down to business. Highly recommend him.
