  • Saturday 2/25/17, Zach in Service helped me diagnose the problem with my 2017 Ultra and assisted me in resolving the issue in a fast, expedient manner. Each time I come to the service dept Zach exceeds my expectations! Great service from a Fantastic guy ! I also ran into Rob from the internet sales dept who sold me my bike there last fall. Now here's a young man who not only cares about the customers sale but is also a Harley mechanic! Rob has been a great friend to me. At Arrowhead, you're a person not a number to Rob. Here's two outstanding men who cause me to think Arrowhead is the Best Harley Dealer in Phoenix hands down !!!
